I think the grange is a great place for meetings that cannot be held in the field. Plenty of space, parking, easy access, kitchen and just keeping that old building active.

It was a great evening for public education about the importance of bees and local beekeeping. There was the right mix of learning and fun, thanks to the raffle and the "freebees" from generous donors, including Evertt and Lisa. I wanted to endorse the idea of having more educational evenings sponsored by RIBA that vary the Sunday afternoon meeting pattern. An evening in Providence can be more convenient for many folks interested in bees.
